Not although useful normally...but this card is a 3-colorless mana tutor for wizards. In the right deck it is great, letting you tutor up a Braids in an Eldrazi deck or a Teferi in a control deck. Limited use, but in certain decks built around Wizards it can function as a nice colorless tutor. Like Street Wraith, it's cycling ability is what makes it useful.

with all the multible combanations of creature types nowadays wizard cycling is pretty good.( human wizard, merfolk wizard, and so) i use in merfolk deck. it can be played sooner than Merrow Harbinger and the card is in your hand right then to be played

it has some good abiltys if u r playing a sliver deck and if it is a wizard deck but i dont really care for it
