Gruul Signet

When time spiral was standard, we saw the signets used in the form of soggy pickles. The signet really helps in the early game, on turn two accelerating your mana by one, and leaving two mana open to counter with remand or mana leak. With burn or aggro however, the signets become much less effective. The zoo player will opt for the dual and fetch lands over this every time. Simic and Azorius signets would get 4 stars in my book, but due to the colors of this, it didn't see play except in limited. In limited it's cheap mana fixing, and it's effectiveness rises, but in constructed, it would only see play in a budget minded casual deck.

Real junky, waste of space in a good deck. :)
