Great protection in white/blue decks since these colors lack strong creatures. Try this with Voice of all and nothing will get through.

Teferi's Moat would have been a good card had wizards not printed Kavu Chameleon which gets around you moat even if you have all four out. The fact is that Teferi's moat makes for a good sideboard card. It shuts a few decks down and hoses mono color creature decks for the most part. You can just hope and pray that wizards makes a circle of protection kavu. : - )
