Life Chisel

Depending on what you use this card for it can be extremely useful. The casting cost is high but in a control magic deck sacrificing your opponents creatures can loosen up those sea singers just enough to make your opponent cry when they can't get a creature card on the table without you sacrificing it.

this card is nothing compared to souls grace because you dont have to sacrifice a creature.

To the above reviewer - you CANNOT sacrifice a creature you don't control, which means that this card is pretty much useless nowadays... I remember having heard of a deck that once used to be good - it used Diamond Valley and possibly Life Chisel, but I don't think that deck is good anymore...
