..yeah great for soldier deck , once they become vigilance , harrier may tap any chosen creature while the other vigilance soldier is free to attack ... i wish all kithkins be reprint again...

Use it at the end of your opponent's turn and at the beginning of yours to tap two creatures for the price of one. Even better if you have another card that can untap it, like Second Wind. Excellent card for a Kithkin and/or Soldier deck.
