The ability of this card is great if you use Rings of Brighthearth to copy it. Destroy all your opponents creatures in 1 turn! That is if you have the 2 mana to pay for a copy and then another.

Alright the effect sounds a little iffy, But send Masked Admirers for it, and its not that bad, my friend runs a goblin deck and hates Scarblade so much, he keeps trying to ping it before i get Imperious Perfects out. If Ur worried about paying 2 Mana for Masked Admirers to come back, keep 4 Elf Harbingers.
