Hah this card won hard in the last tournament. you see if you have 4 and about a bijillion mana plus lots of card draw...heh elf ball.. this card got cast 17 times in 1 turn bounced the other persons non creatures to there deck gained life filled his hand with creatures and then let the other person go. Good job on missing the bomb this is.

All of the Commands are quite versatile, and this is one of the better ones, IMO. While the separate abilities aren't that good for its cost, the combination of them is great. Primal Command, like the rest of the cycle, is card advantage on a stick; although you have to pay four or more mana for them (which makes using them in aggro decks a bad idea), you get a build-it-youself card that rolls the effect of two cards into one (which could be seen as card advantage). You can't go wrong with Primal Command and its friends, as it's quite unlikely you'll draw it and hope it would've been something else.

Buy these while they are still a $1.00 a piece. I got my set and am a regular at FNM and states. This is the most underestimated command in lorwyn. I am not claiming that it is the best, because that's the black one, but for sheer versatility and a easily splashable cost, unlike the blue one, this one seems to be the most solid. Try gaining seven life, go snag a sower of temptation, I like you tarmogoyf, it's mine. Toolbox decks are going to run wild.

Very powerful card! Primal command is four cards in one for only five mana (its like having a natural spring and feldons cane in one) plus the options of setting up your next turn with a powerful artifact or enchantment, and the ability to bring out a critter, awsome!!! Simply put more options =more power, great addition to any green deck.

Not a particularly strong card, but worth its cost, to be sure. Shuffling your graveyard into your library and choosing to put the best creature card you've got into your hand could be devastating, but as a sorcery for 3GG? If you need to recycle your deck and can manage to make it work for you, consider running Gaea's Blessing. But it's not bad at all to neutralize your opponent's big threat card by putting it on top of his or her library, then call a creature to your hand.
Hmmm ... 4 stars. Definitely a weak command, but the entire command set (except for Cryptic and Profane) is highly underrated.
