This is great with the current "decks to watch" being U/R/G control and U/B control. Into the Roil? Doom Blade? Lightning Bolt? Nice try. Frost Titan? Sorry, can't tap this. Block with your Titan? I'll take that. I have more where this came from. Or I could do a kicked Vines and kill your Titan for 2 mana. Gerry Thompson's comment on Gaea's Revenge was "I lose to this card a lot."

Incidentally, All is Dust doesn't target anything. Each player sacrifices all colored permanents. So Gaea's Revenge dies and Leyline of Sanctity won't prevent that either.

Expensive but absolutely game-ending.

All is dust targets the player, not the creature. This card would still have to be sacrificed. However, it's still a great card. With all the mana ramping in green, a turn 4 Revenge either attacks for 8 or clears one of their creatures.

I have this card in my Eldrazi deck, and yes it is awesome to use when you cast all is dust. Let it stick around with your kozilek and other baddies.

Can still be killed with a Maelstrom Pulse or Putrify I guess... Nobody runs Desert Twister anymore... Fairly hard to kill all around and good matchup vs. control, but I dunno, I think i'd rather it had Trample than Haste... Then again Haste is the shizznit--dilemma.

"Gaea's Revenge can't be the target of nongreen spells or abilities from nongreen sources."
Colourless artifacts are non-green sources, therefore they can't target gaea's revenge.

"Gaea's Revenge can't be the target of nongreen spells or abilities from nongreen sources."
Translation: Gaea's Revenge can "only" be the target of green spells or abilities from green sources. (It is shroud to all that is not green.)

Is Brittle Effigy a green source? No, it is not green source, it is a colorless source. So Brittle Effigy and all other colorless/(not green) artifacts can NOT target Gaea's Revenge.

And yes: All is Dust, Wrath of God, and all other cards regardless of color that do not "target" <-(keyword), will still effect Gaea's revenge.

(I think WotC should stay away from using double negatives in their text, it seems to be a source of confusion)

All is Dust doesn't target anything. It would still wipe the board of this. It's got pseudo-shroud, that's about it. It's still a big swinger with Haste and some protection. Not bad except for Brittle Effigy and all the upcoming colorless artifacts from Scars of Mirrodin that will be able to affect it.

All Is Dust targets the player not the creature, you would still have to sacrifice this card like every other card on the board that has color in its mana cost. It's still definitely a good card though, I'd prolly equip a Behemoth Sledge or attach a Boar Umbra to make it even beefier, partial shroud is pretty effing sweet.

I agree with the above comment about not having trample. Although this card does have great abilities. The only thing I can think of as you're playing this is the use of Mindbreak Trap, seeing as you're not countering it.

"nongreen sources" is the key word to his/her ability. That means All Is Dust doesn't work on it! The only reason I rated it one less is because I think it should cost one less or at least have trample (I mean, it is green). Otherwise, its fantastic!
