Very nice card. Others have brought up various combos, but here's one I'm particularly fond of: Try playing Sutured Ghoul in a deck with the "landcycling" creatures with high power/toughness from Scourge -- discard them to get more land so you can cast the Ghoul more quickly, then remove them from the game to make your Ghoul massive!

First play Morality Shift, than Balthor the Defiled's ability, than sacrefise all creatures for Fallen Angel, than play the Ghoul (with a Stitch Together)

Try casual play, the card can work well you just need to build a deck for it.

This creature allows you to give him any power and toughness you wish. Try removing both halves of BFM to make this guy a 99/99 with trample.

Try playing the "Sutured Ghoul" in a mono green deck, hint;"Phyrexian Dreadnought","Survival of the Fittest", and the "Elvish Piper". Mono green can be real fast and U can have a 12/12 or 24/24 "Ghoul" by turn 3.-bear-
