Hmm Lightning Greaves with hexproof instead of shroud and a 1 mana equip cost against the 0 of the original, a fair tradeoff. While it doesn't allow tapping out to cast a creature and giving it shroud and haste immediately as Greaves does it eliminates the problem of having to unequip Greaves before trying to target the creature with another equipment, enchantment etc and getting that creature killed on the stack, with that in mind, the 1 mana equip cost definitely is ok. 5 stars.
