Great card. Essential for current mill decks. Also works surprisingly well for aggressive decks where the biggest problem is running out of cards around turn 5(if the match last that long). Extra card/make my Consuming Aberrations 10/10 stronger every turn? Yes please.

Ah, this card is fun. It's a much improved version of the old Jace. First of all, his plus ability allows only you to draw a card, and then minor mil your opponent. His 0 ability allows you to mill for 10? That's half of the old Jace's final ability. And as for his own final? In a multiplayer game, you're more or less milling all for 20, and if you also combo it with either Jace's Archivist or Jace's Erasure, you're severely going to be causing some pain to your opponent.

He's honestly not that good and is only riding Mind Sculptors fame. Hex Parasite and Elixer of Imortallity which are both 1 drop artifacts screw him over and do it consistently. Also don't forget that mill hasn't been a viable deck in tournament play in a LONG time.
