Young Pyromancer

Why am I the first to write a review on Pyromancer? True, some red decks win on pure speed alone. Something like Pyromancer, however, gives you a little extra more. He adds in stability. He, like Guttersnipe, adds in a second dimension to red burn decks. Consider this example: Turn 2. Young Pyromancer Turn 3. You play 2 instant/sorcery cards (Young Pyromancer has gave to you 2 1/1 creatures) Turn 4. You play 1 instant/sorcery card (You attack with the 2 1/1 creatures from Turn 3 as well as add another 1/1 creature) Turn 5. You play 1 instant/sorcery card(You attack with the 3 1/1 creatures from Turn 3 and Turn 4 as well as add another 1/1 creature Outcome:Young Pyromancer, for just the original casting cost of 2 mana to play him, has give to you 4 1/1 creatures. In this example they were used to cause an extra 5 damage to your opponent. However, they could of been used for defense. And that, my friends, is a SECOND dimension to burn games. He adds stability, defense, offense...and all for 2 mana! Very nice.
