Unfortunately, I'm curious as to how many rares, uncommons and commons there and can't find them, but the reason why this is so good is I got like 3 legendary creatures. My card shop sells them for about 5 more dollars than trollandtoad.com. You get at least one foil so that's really good. I think it's better than a booster pack because you get more rares for your money, plus, I know I run out of a lot of lands quite often so they pack 6 of each. That's all the free advertising.

Tournament Decks are roughly the equivalent of 3 booster packs, except that you get a good deal of land cards for sealed games.
This is really worth buying if you want some tournament action with your friends, but can't find a local event straight away. Another reason to buy this is because the Champions of Kamigawa set features a big load of awesome creatures. Not all of them are usable, but you can usually make fine sealed decks out of this box and a couple of boosters.
Refer to Magic's homepage if you want to know how to play sealed games - they're a lot of fun :D
