Portal: Three Kingdoms 2-Player Starter Set (MTG)

I was lucky enough to pick up a full case of starters for under 200 when portal was not legal , I am a huge Dynasty warriors/romanace of the three kingdom fans. =3 decks are nice

Well after searching for this English starter deck for months (since it was only released in Asia so limited English versions), I finally got it today! The decks are very similar to Portal Second Age only they use different creatures and sorceries (but usually same or similar effects). It comes with two 30-card pre-con decks, one is WUG (Shu with some Wu) and the other is BRG (Wei), green is a minor focus in each. There are 7 uncommons (3 in BRG and 4 in WUG) and the rest of the cards are common. Cards of value are Borrowing of 100,00 Arrows, Fire Ambush, and Shu Elite Companions. The full decklist is:

The deck list in the back of the Play Guide lists Wolf Pack instead of Meng Huo's Horde (which is one I received instead anyway). While I haven't dueled with it yet, I already think it is a nice deck set. Even though it is very similar to Portal Second Age, these cards are much rarer, mostly new variations of older cards with nice artwork.

I believe it's green vs red. (Not sure though)

It's a very good way to start Magic, and the starter set is a very nice colectable. It's a nice gift and a good way to learn the game.

It is completely unclear anywhere on the internet what this box contains. Are there are rares? Are they random rares, from a pool, or fixed? If the contents of every box are the same, what cards are in the box?
