Not totally true. I did get 4 rares in mine, but only because I happened to get a foil rare(red card) and then 3 black rares from one package.

All a serter deck is is 3 boosters with land. You don't get more or less rares from a starter than a booster.

i haven't seen the deck yet but i have all the other ravineca decks and i think that this one will be very a ver very impersssing deck.i hope so because that if it is not than i can no tcreat the perferct deck.all you other peole i don't no about you ut i hope yuo people will buy this and all the othe ranivaca decks

Good for getting decent creatures. I bought this a couple days ago and got like three or four rares from it.

Its good for generating a variety of cards for a decent price but you get more rare cards out of the booster packs.
