This is personally one of my favorite blue cards. With all of the new power creatures this can keep them tapped. While you keep them tapped you can poke their creature to death, or you can use cowardice with poke cards and they wont be able to play any creature that will stay out because they would keep on going back to their hand. After that all you have to do is poke them to death and keep on attacking them.
