Funny flavor text! For 1-on-1 matches this card is great! Phasing actually helps you because that means your opponents can't target it with any sorceries (eg. assassinate), plus you probably aren't going to keep an unblockable creature untapped for blocking purposes anway (it's only bad if it has vigilance I guess).
For 3 and 5 player matches, this card works great with Wrath of God, because your creature will be phased out every other one of your turns. So if you play Wrath of God while your creature is phased out, it will destroy all other creatures. Then you can come back with your unblockable creature next turn and own some people as they scramble to play more creatures. (Playing Wrath of God might make them mad though and decide to team up against you lol). Overall, very useful card.
