Actually, phasing only generates leaves play effects, not come into play effects.

still figuring a good way to crack this nut. but, using replicating spells won't work because they would all go to the stack...thus they wouldn't resolve fast enough to have you untap teferi's isle in an infinite UU combo. Sux about replicate huh* basically it means they resolve at the same time if you replicate it
