ok im rating this a four star card if used correctly it can add a fat drawing advantage or use with necro spellbook and u easily can make 8/8 flyers and usually at least in my necro deck by turn 3 or so so i rate this 4 stars only cuz it has a lot of potential

I'm really amazed why no one has ever reviewed this. Promise of Power is a sick, sick card. The amount of card advantage it generates is incredible, but you'll rarely use the second ability unless you're paying entwine or already have a big load of cards in your hand.
