Words can't really describe how amazingly bad this card is. If you looked up "overcosted" in the MTG dictionary, this card would be pictured. Elf decks are generally supposed to be lightning fast, and therefore no self-respecting Elf player would even considering using this... It's just an overcosted crap common, stay far far away from this one... it's worthless and there are many better alternatives.
