Dissipate Meets Force of Will
This mana-free card has definitely grown on me. The one con (not being able to counter a creature), yields to the pros. The lower converted casting cost makes it more efficient than its big brother, Force of Will. The "exile" factor is another added bonus! Art is also a home run!
