Double-Edged sword... But if you can use her right this can pretty much give you the game. Mindlock Orb and the newer Leonin Arbiter are the best things I can think of off-hand.
Turn 1: drop Thran Turbine, Turn 2: Leonin Arbiter, Turn 3: use the Thran Turbine to activate Leonin Arbiter ability whether you need it or not, drop Maralen and attack with Leonin, or vise versa if that's how you roll. -- Opponent will have to pay {2} to benefit from the fetch, or simply lose 3 life for nothing; whereas the Thran Turbine will almost act as a Sol Ring to pay for Leonin Arbiter's ability each upkeep... Then if you want you could drop the Mindlock Orb on turn 4 and overrun your opponent with a 2/2 and a 2/3. Keep in mind once this gets rolling you will definetly want to have Duress/Thoughtseize to prevent them from getting out of hand or throwing a wrench in your engine.

Interesting card with lots of combos possible. Works extremely well with some of the beacons, like beacon of destruction. Biggest disadvantage to her is your opponent gets to tutor a card before you do.
