Evil Presence is evil!
No, really, Evil Presence is really good along with Contaminated Ground from Rise of the Eldrazi. Sure, they don't have the cantrip of Spreading Seas, but Evil Presence is cheaper and Contaminated Ground deals damage. Even better; they both support swampwalkers such as Plague Beetle, Bog Raiders, Bog Wraith, Filth and others. Ninjas (such as Ink-Eyes, Throat-Slitter and Okiba-Gang Shinobi) are very good with unblockable creatures, and Filth can even make your non-swampwalking Ninjas into swampwalkers too.
If nothing else, Evil Presence is good at disrupting mana access early in the game.
