If you have Tezzeret and two of these guys out.. Attack with two 8/8's that can't be blocked by less than 3 creatures each, then untap them to block. My god.

Most strong in URZA'S SAGA(?)

Yes this looks like a costly card but it can be devastating. Remember, it NEEDS to be blocked by at least 3 creatures. If the defending player has less, they take 8 damage there and then. Even if they do have enough creatures, this fellow takes care of 3 blockers so the rest of your horde can charge through.

Throw a luxodon warhammer on this guy and you have a real meanie.

The most powerful artifact creature Iv'e seen. If you use it against very powerful creatures but very few and have plenty of cards that attack creatures directly like blaze or the fodder cannon (I definitely mention that card too much), and reduce the opponent´s creatures number to 2, your phyrexian colossus is completely unblockable, even if they´re both Krosan Cloudscrapers. The real problem with this card is its tendency to only untap automatically twice unless you use life- recovery cards like sacred nectar. The Dross Scorpion and Galvanic key ought to tweak up that fault, they´ll get the colossus up and going peacefully.

Phyrexian Processors are still better

ok,not great...and definitely not the best artifact creature...obviously never seen darksteel colossus,yeah hes 4 more mana but theres a couple cards that reduce artifact costs,plus it has trample and is indestructible

For the same mana cost you can get a Plated Slagwurm, Thorn Elemental, or Kaloanian Behemoth or for 1 more you can get a Tidal Kraken. This card really isn't worth it.
