Why is this so bad? Pale Moon can mess with multicolor decks and prevent them from casting anything in an entire turn.. almost equivalent to casting a time walk, although only usable in some situations... 2.5/5 from me...

I don't consider this the worst card ever. It would prevent decks without alt mana sources from playing anything that turn wouldn't it? I still go with goblin rock sled as the worst card ever.

Quite possible the worst card ever made. In fact, Ben Bleiweiss rated this #1 in his 100 worst cards list on starcity games.
