Great card! Gives you another playset of Giant Growth legally. Might of Old Krosa is awesome too, but Giant Growth and Seal of Strength can be played more sneaky...they won't see it coming because you can play/sac it whenever, not just during your main phase (as with Might of Old Krosa).
