This one in combo with Meekstone could be a good sheap trick for a weenie deck.

This right here is wonderful, use it with Mogg Catcher at the end of someones turn and you get a free combat phase, in which you should win.

This card is, at best, mediocre. Even when it arrived on the scene during Nemesis, it was nothing special and now it is so outclassed by the goblins that were printed in Legoins and Onslaught that it isn't even funny. Still, it's a 1/1 for two mana and it comes with an interesting and semi-useful ability. It fits nicely in any goblin deck or even a burn deck for some quick, free damage (since the mogg is virtually unblockable the turn it is cast). Not tournametn worthy, but a fun card for casual.
