You mean...with Aboshan, I can actually use any Cephalids(even the Snitchs) to tap my opponents Sengir Vampires? Hmmm... I can keep my opponent from getting the benefit of my Howling Mine? [At the beginning of each player's draw step, if Howling Mine is untapped, that player draws a card.] Alone, Aboshan might not seem to be that much, but if I'm sure better players than I can come up with even better combos for him. I always wanted a Twiddle available on demand, even if it's only 1/2 a Twiddle.

I Think Aboshan has very good potential, but has three bad parts. The first is that no one is going to actually come up with a very good cephalid deck so its first ability won't be extremely powerful (it also won't be powerful because you have to tap your own creatures, and this ability might come in handy, but chances are that it won't). second, the second ability requires 3 blue mana, and might slow you down if you are planning on doing anything else with your turn, and Third, 6 mana is expensive for a 3/3. But using its second ability and all out attacking might be very good.
