This card goes really well in a U/G threshold/madness deck. It helps your threshold critters by adding to the yard once you play it, and it clears the way for some beats. It definitely won out against boomerang for my creature control slot, double blue is a little tough in two colors.
All in all, this card rocks!

Combined with Intuition to put 2 in your graveyard, and an isochron scepter, and you have the ability to bounce for an eternity...

This is an excellent card that should be used in all blue control decks. It has no use for just having 1 in a deck, but with 4...it really shines. The guy who gave this 1 star is a moron

Usually, this card is seriously underestimated. But if you have 4 in a blue deck, it can be very powerful. It's especially annoying to your opponent when you remove 3 or 4 of his creatures to his hand. Use some tappers like Cephalid Retainer, and just plow straight through.

This card is really junky if you have only one of this card in your deck.
