Don't be fooled by the rare symbol. As with Mudhole, this is one of the worst rares ever. If you're really in need of a discard spell that you'd even consider this card, get Mind Rot or Coercion instead.
If you're a collector, by all means go crazy, but players should stay away from this card unless they're getting it for the hilarity.
