This card appears to be a crappy card, but there is a great combo with it. There is a card called donate. When you use it, your oppenent gains control of target enchantment. After that, you use a naturalize and dis-enchant it. Boom! You win the game!

Interesting idea I had for this was use it in a black and white deck with words of worships and Haakon =). You keep drawing cards and discard all except the cards you need to play. Oh, almost forgot an important part, keep a platinum angel in your deck to counter balance the lich =). So you can play all your knights from your graveyard and get almost every other card you need into your hand. Another creature card you good use is Demi-god of revenge, just keep one in your hand and you can instantly get all four onto the field.

This card is so vulnerable to disenchants and naturalizes, but in the right deck, this thing is awesome. Lifelink and life drain decks come to mind.

i suppose against some decks this could win it for you, but seriously, a disenchant could lose you the game for 2 mana... it just seems like too much of a liability for me

If you have Transcendence and Nefarious Lich you will never lose? I am having a hard time understanding that statement since these two enchantments don't benefit from each other at all. Transcendence says you gain 2 life for each 1 you lose, but with Nefarious lich in play, you never lose life, you remove cards from your graveyard instead, so you will never gain any life from it. And you still lose if you run out of cards in your graveyard, or if Nefarious Lich leaves play for any reason. Keep in mind, this means it doesn't even have to be destroyed, someone could simply bounce it back to your hand with Boomerang, Disperse, or some similar spell.
there are just far too many things that can go wrong with this card for it to really be playable.
