Not a pointless card. You must be a casual player at tops, and never played in competitive play. PLay against a staxx build running curcible of worlds, and you find yourself in a lock, in which, if you cannot stop the 4 life gain everyturn, then you pretty much lose the game.
This card is high underrated since most people do not see the damage it can cause, just like root maze, people ignore it, but when they go up against a staxx build running root maze and winter orb, you find yourself in a lock that only staxx can get out of.

Pointless card...You pain yourself by using it, then you gain the life back that you lost from using this card. It gets you nowhere, unless you don't use it for mana.
