Great card for land destruction. Especially if u go first. Consider this: 2nd turn, opponent has one land out, play the miner. Sac it during opponenets upkeep. 3rd turn, play stone rain or something, u have 3 lands and ur opponent has 0. you could even follow that up with a fourth turn Braids and lock ur opponent down.
