This card is an absolute must have for a blue deck tap 4 creaters owns plus u can cycle it to draw another card and u still get to tap 1 card. only cost 4 mana really helpful in a red/blue goblin/blue instants deck like 4th turn have ure godlins all out n use this to tap ure opponents monsters then hit them HARD!!! Should also get a mana leak card goes nicely together.
