With cycling, this card could prove to be very, VERY powerful. It wasn't until people saw that the Academy of Urza's Block was a huge blue powerhouse that it became too huge to handle, and I think that the Rift will prove to be the same. Just pack in your best cycling cards and when you get this bad boy out, it's all over.
