Spy Network

I disagree with the above reviewer - this shouldn't cost 5-9 mana: with that mana cost, it simply wouldn't be playable. 3 or 4 mana perhaps, but that's max.

Spy Network is incredibly good for any blue deck. Rearranging your opponents' top 4 cards while knowing their hand can sometimes mean you win straight away. In cases where your opponent has little mana in his/her opening hand, Spy Network can allow you to hide that mana from them for at least 4 turns!
Too good to be common, that's for sure, and I'm pretty sure it should be somewhere close to rare ...

I think this card is way too good for 1 mana. Cards that that let you rearrange the top four cards of your deck cost 2-4 mana.Cards that let you you see your opponent hand and top of deck cost 3-5 mana.It should cost 5-9 mana, not one.

this card is too good for one mana.i don't need any blue mages looking at my hand and see what i'm planning, i also don't need them seeing the top card of my library (that's mean cause i don't get to see it) and i don't need them rearranging the top 4 cards of their library the way they want it. So basically what i'm saying is if you're a blue mage you SUCK!!! and you'll want this card.

Umm..Jens..that isn't how it works.

It only lets you see the top four cards of YOUR library and rearrange them. True, it lets you peek an opponents top card, but you cannot move it.
