A white mana spike is very good for any white deck. Thing well, can counter anything if the oponent have no untapped lands... amazing for white.

Very good card if you are playing a fast white decks - like White Weenies!
And of course it works just fine in other decks as well, but when opponent starts to have 5 or more lands at the table, this spell is not that awesome anymore.
But its still a great card... a WHITE counter-spell!
