If I am correct this card is one of the best blockers in the game. After your opponent assigns his attackers flash the stonecloaker and block with him and then return him to your hand. He came into play which means he is eligable to be the target creature returned to your hand. Ultimate blocker. If I am wrong please correct me because I dont want to be playing wrong.

You are wrong... It's "comes into play ability" goes onto the stack as it comes into play, which will resolve before you can declare attackers.

Great card. A 3/2 flyer with flash that can remove a target card in a graveyard from the game. It's also useful to block a big creature with one of yours, then flash in this guy and return your blocker to your hand.
