He can put Nacromoeba back on top of your library to keep the Bridge From Below Fodder going.
Also a good Dredge cost in my Opinion, cards like Life From the Loam with a low Dredge cost have a low chance of getting a key card into your graveyard like Iona.

It is a ok card I mean went it dies you get to put a creature to the top of your deck.If it would put it on the flied it would be perfect.I can not think if i sould of gave it a 3 or 4 so i give it a 4.

This card is key to dredging, if you happen to dredge out your savra, this guy will get her back in a hurry. You can also darkblast him if need be, and he recurrs whenever you may need him back. I call him a winner.
