Super strong counter with no buy outs for your opponent. Any blue deck that uses landfall at all ,i.e Hedron crab or Roil Elemental, NEEDS at least 3 of these along side mana leaks. Putting Halimar Depths back into your hand is just amazing at just about anytime.

Not quite counterspell, but close, this is definitely the best counter that I have seen since I started playing a few years back. The land returning to your hand thing can actually be useful in a pinch too.
