At first glance, Evermind seems pretty bad mainly because you can never play the card. But once you look past the obvious, this card is a little gem as long as you're playing enough Arcane spells to warrant it.
Evermind isn't for every deck, but if you're running a deck with a good proportion of Arcane spells, it's worth putting this card into the deck. The extra cards this card nets you over the course of the game far outweighs the possibility that this card can wind up sitting in your hand waiting for you to draw arcane spells to play.
