Another underrated card i think because it can save your hiney, you've just gotta play it. I'm not familiar with with all of the rules of magic but do you only have a single removed from the game pile? If so you combine with paralel thoughts and Leveler so you remove your library from the game and each turn you get to return a removed from the game card into play and one to your hand.

This card will sav your A*S*S in a major battle, if you can afford the mana cost at the time and it has a neat pic. also

Dimensional Breach will only fetch cards removed from the game with the same Dimensional Breach that removed them. This means cards that were previously removed by other means are not legal selections for Dimensional Breach's effect. Even cards removed with one Dimensional Breach can't be fetched by a different instance of Dimensional Breach. Still nice in certain situations, though.
