This card simply owns! I run 'em in one of my Burn variants with Flame Javelin, Fireblast, Hellspark Elemental(since unearth works around this nicely), Earthquake, Pyrokinesis, and Blazing Shoal. This card pretty much shuts down most fast tribal decks like Elves, Goblins, Kithkin and Merfolk and that is a major plus.

Currently a popular choice for red in extended tournaments. It's a great sideboard choice against any storm deck because they'll have a hard time building up storm counters without killing themselves. Especially useful with burn.
