1st turn: cast Forest + Llanowar Elves
2nd turn: cast Swamp + Devoted Druid
3rd turn: cast Forest + Quillspike, then pump Quillspike infinitly and cast Rite of Comsumption targeting your opponent.
4th turn: doesn't exist.
This is really crazy xD And if you don't have Rite of Consumption, try using Flourishing Defenses and Essence Warden for infinite tokens and life.

Quillspike combined with Devoted Druid isn't infinite mana because it costs one mana to use Quillspike's ability, but at least you can infinitely pump Quillspike =D
Almost as good as Lanowar Elves.

Devoted Druid is a lot of fun for combo decks (there's several ways in the current standard to abuse Devoted Druid for arbitrary amounts of creature tokens or mana, for example), but in general it can provide you a quick boost of mana when you need it most: which is what most decks will use it for. I imagine it'll get some solid play in elf decks looking for more ways to ramp mana.
