wow, umm...your opponent plays a Cruel Ultimatum, you Cryptic Command (and follow up with a Negate if your opponent has a counterspell), and then play this. ouch. The only problem is the mana cost. But then again, it's an instant, which is awesome. I mean, a Cruel Ultimatum is crazy any time, but just after your opponent declared attackers? Much crazier. Overall I'd say this gets 4.5 stars, so I'll just go with 5.

excellent addition to blue black control. whats better than playing what you deny your opponent. after all, theres a reason you counter it, isnt it about time you show your opponents why?
