I think this card is good and well balanced. The idea behind it is to give your creature a very high power, and with first strike a creature enchanted with this will be taking out your opponent's creatures every turn. And then once they're all dead your creature can do a ton of damage, since there's nothing left to block it with. I put four of these in my red/green deck.
