Sylvan Basilisk

combine with lure...broken broken broken!!

My favorite card, and my signature card when i first started playing Magic. If this costed one less this would be on my list of broken cards. This guy is seriously amazing, only indestructables can really stand up to this guy. Attach Curiosity to this guy to get a suped-up Ohran Viper. And if at all possible, when your opponent thinks "hey, it's only 2 damage!" and takes it, thats when you play the three Giant Growths you've been keeping in your hand this whole time. Now your opponent takes 11, now THATS awesome.

Ok this card is the one. It's a main stay in my deck although its only a 2/4 you can beef it up with something like a preditory hunger(My favorit) then its set. Also ill give you one more awsome combo with this card, add a lure to it so all of the opentents creatures are killed. The Sylvan Basilisk is one of my favorit cards best used in a large creature deck.

Look wimpy, 2/4... well it is anything but wimpy. when u attack it kills the blocker, no matter what the number of it is,and if they have a big creature they dont want to get killed, just keep hiting em for 2 health till they get low, the fact is if u always attack with this card it is prettymuch unstopable...leaving only spells or abilitys to kill it, which isnt hard it has 4 toughness so a simple red spell could take it, but i still give this a 5 for the kill creature blocking it

ps. did i mention that when u kill a blocker, it kills the blocker before it does anydamage to your basilisk!...WOW!

I'd use Nemesis Mask instead of Lure, but that's just me ;)
