Time Ebb

i used to play a nuisance deck that was blue/green. basically, the theme of the deck was to make your opponent draw the same card over and over again or not draw at all('plagarize'). anyway, for two mana and one blue you could put it write back on top. funfuns........

used to play this in a casual stall type deck. never could bring it up to the competitive level. anyway, the main theme of the deck was to return a card to the top of the opponent's library and making him draw the same card over and over(ala 'memory lapse' , 'temporal spring', 'plow under' , etc. ). like i said, never could get it to the competitive level, but it was alot of fun for me as i usually don't enjoy the "bounce" mechanic. would play this in the sideboard for creature control and it fit the theme of my deck quite well. funfuns................
