The Dream Halls is very devastating card. Look for the any of Ultimatum : Cruel, Briliant, or even Violent. They can be played by only discard any black card!! Conflux is one that very help to tutor them, and Tendrils of Agony can be used as a great finisher!! Just wait until the third turn... Dark Ritual, Dream Halls, and.... we play... (prepare the Pact of Negation to counter opposing spell)

Amazing multiplayer potential. Run it in a deck with a lot of global card drawing mechanics (Howling Mine, Skyscribing, Wealth and such) and see the mayhem unfold. Has little efficient tournament potential though, but it gets 5 stars for being incredibly fun in multiplayer games.

This + Painter's Servant = Utter Insanity!~! Throw a walking archive, howling mines, or something draw related just to spice up the mix.

soooo cheap. Great Card, breaks down what magic is and makes it insane! Everything becomes a free mechanic, now that card with wheel of fortune and recycle? you have near infinite cards in hand to play around with... no cost!

This card is crazy. It can, in essence, allow you to cast a gigantic creature the same turn you lay this down. Imagine the face your opponent puts on when this comes into play, then the total amazement when you discard a Counterspell to cast a Sliver Queen or maybe even Polar Kraken (a creature that rarely ever sees play anyway). Or, you can cast Draco with a Chromatic Sphere discarded. It is limited when it comes to X spells, as X=0 when cast this way; nevertheless, the combinations are endless, and they are all way too good. This is an excellent buy.

ok everyone, heres a few good combos with this
academy rector or show and tell so you can get this out fast... (show and tell to get out the rector if you dont have a dream halls in your hand)
farseek to get lands.... even burgenioning and exploration, and fastbond, horn of greed to draw..
transguild currior (bad spelling sorry!) so you have a creature with all colors and there is another creature thats a scarecrow that you have to pay 1 into to make it all colors (sorry i forgot the name of it)
and colition victory.... and dont forget standstill so you have draw advantage
artifact mana excell (lotus petal, moxes[chrome, diamond and the power nine ones if you can afford them], mana vault, sol ring)
another finisher to add to this is progenitus, inkwell leviathian. blazing archon to protect yourself against fast decks...
and another great card to "shut down" your opponent, denying winds.... with twin cast...
and mana severance when you have enough mana on the board so you ALWAYS draw what you need....
i give dream halls 4 out of 5 because of the cost of the card, and its easy to remove it from play... so you have to spend resourses to protect it.. or when it comes into play, you better win the game that turn....
dont forget the counter magic!!!!!!!!
