This is one of my favorite green cards of all-time. Enchant it w/ Seton's Desire, Lure, Channel a Shinen of Life's Roar, etc. to return all your opponents' blocking creatures to the top of his/her library. This gives such a huge card advantage; which is not normally a strong point in G, and can slow your opponents answers to a crawl since they have to re-draw their creatures first.
I had a G/U deck that used this, Lure/Seton's Desire, Memory Lapse, Werebear, Grizzly Fate, Nevermaker, Primal Command, Temporal Spring with Cycling and Tolarian Winds to get threshold faster. I should rebuild it now that I have Isochron Scepter and Panoptic Mirror

Definitely one of the most underrated cards I've ever seen. As Josh said, combine it with Lure, or for that sake Nemesis Mask.

Elven Warhouds is one of the most underrated green creatures in the game. It's effect can basically deny your opponent of his draw. Combine with Lure.
